KDCBOK is a tribute to the men
and
women that made the Kings Dominion Clown Band.
Herein you will find pictures and accounts of our summer
days spent on the hot
blacktop in front of KD's Eiffel Tower or
entertaining guests in all corners of the park.
Ever since Paramount dumped Kings Dominion from its struggling portfolio of entertainment venues, we've been hearing rumors of a revival of the Clown Band. The latest we came was the summer of 2008, when several of us were contacted about possibly assisting with the initial auditions and formation of such a group. It does not look like that went very far in the new KD. But worth mentioning to any KD Entertainment supervisor if you happen to be in the part next summer!
The Vault contains Clown Band images collected from various
CBers. The various Galleries are ordered by year. Please add your
pictures, it's
easy to upload them!
The
Archives is the written history of the Clown Band. Read up
on summaries of each year, and add your own stories. The KDCB Archive
has pages you can edit, so be sure to write up your own tales.
The Lounge links to KDCB Google Group. Check out the latest
discussions and news about your fellow CB vets there. You can also get
